Our rental service is one way we show you we care. Book backups, replacements for your gear being serviced, or a lens you need for that one-off job or trip.
It’s easy! Prices are listed below, as is our procedure and our FAQs. We’ve also got a few incentives up our sleeve!

Here’s how it works
Confirm availability
Contact us via email, phone or Messenger. We’re everywhere!
Get approved
Provide you full name, ID number, address & contact details.
Secure your booking
Send us a 50% deposit over internet banking or by popping in at our showroom.
Pick up
Collect your equipment on the day. You will be asked to leave a € 200 safety deposit in cash or by card. It is important to bring your ID card with you!
Return
Bring back your equipment on the agreed return date. We inspect the equipement and refund the € 200 safety deposit in cash or to the same card you used upon pickup (assuming the equipment has been received in the same condition)
Incentives
Try Before You Buy!
If you love what you try and decide to buy it – a brand new one of course! – We will refund 50% of the paid hire charge by deducting it from the new lens price. The equipment must be purchased within 30 days of the rental period’s end date.

FAQs
If the equipment is being rented for 7 days on a Monday, lens is to be picked up on the day before 4.30pm and returned the following Monday before 4.30pm.
In this case we will add the following: 14 day rate & x2 add-on day rates. The add-on days can be added to any of the rates (3 day, 7 day, 14 or 21).
Optional damage waiver. This insures you in case of damage or theft. If you do not opt for this and the equipment is damaged or stolen, you are liable for the full value. If you do opt for ODW, you are liable for 10% of the selling price (minimum of a 100 Euros).
Each rental day is to be covered by ODW. Therefore, for example, a 5 day rental needs to be covered by a 7 day ODW, since there is no ODW rate for 5 days.

Yes, however we cannot offer any refund or credit in these cases.
Hefty return charges apply. The late return fee is 50% of the advertised weekly charge for every late day.
We accept cash, cheques or credit cards as methods of payment. However, the safety deposit needs to be settled using cash or card only.
You may, however we need to have this person’s details on file. The rental needs to be approved under his/her name and signed for by the same individual. He or she is responsible for the equipment for the duration of the rental.
Yes, subject to approval. Please bring a copy of your passport when picking up your rental.
Please advise us when enquiring and booking. We recommend the ODW in this case.
