Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for a full-time Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be working in a solutions team as a Junior Technical Support Executive, taking care of various software solutions and products that we develop and configure. The role will include work on new and existing installations. Training will also be provided.
To apply the applicant must have the following:
– A valid Maltese residency
– Knowledge and proven IT software background
– Very good knowledge of SQL Server DB, installation and maintenance
– Knowledge of SQL queries
– Knowledge of Windows OS Server and Desktop administration.
– Basic knowledge of JAVA scripting
– Good analytical and problem-solving skills
– Capable of taking ownership of systems
– The ability to work independently, without supervision, effectively prioritise and handle multiple tasks and projects.
– Excellent English communication skills.
